Vairamuthu voices for ÂPensingamÂ

ÂPensingam is going to be a Tamil treat with Karunanidhi writing the dialogues and Vairamuthu penning the lyrics. Now adding more to the sumptuous treat will be VairamuthuÂs voice.
We all know Vairamuthu has a very distinct and commanding voice and he has lent his voice to a scene in ÂPensingamÂ.
In ÂPensingam there is a stage drama in which Meera Jasmine plays the courageous female warrior Velumani Nachiyar. Karunanidhi who saw the rushes of the film felt a powerful narration will enhance the impact of the play in the film and he himself suggested VairamuthuÂs name.
When the director met Vairamuthu with the request he was overjoyed to know about KalaignarÂs recommendation. He immediately obliged and completed the job with finesse.
